TJX Companies, parent company to Winners, HomeSense and Marshalls (and many more off-price retail brands internationally), was looking to revamp their recruitment branding. Working with teams from JWT Inside in New York and London, we at Mirum Canada were asked to lead the charge for the digital piece of the pitch.
We put together a blueprint for what TJX’s recruitment site could look like. A fresh, bold look that matched the vibrancy of the brand’s rebooted identity, and a layout with copy treatment that matched the passion and enthusiasm of their culture. We called it the TJX Factor, and it, alongside JWT Inside’s experiential concepts and strategic insights, helped win the pitch.
