Getty Images and iStock were looking to amp up their engagement emails. Alongside a talented designer, I was charged with making the GI and iS emails sing – writing eye-catching subject lines and pre-headers and extra-clickable calls to action. Engagement emails? Oh, you bet they were. With carefully curated visuals and punchy copy, we were able to lift open and click rates within the first quarter. From there, we were tasked with more: from trigger campaigns and ad-hoc one-offs, to campaign landing pages and proposing a new look and feel for their emails entirely.
